Junior Lawyers' Training Programme:

The legal profession requires one to remain updated on various points of law, on an everyday basis, for this purpose, the Foundation has been conducting Junior Lawyers' Training Programme for the last 5 years, which is a continuing educational programme.

Good communication skills play a major role in the legal profession. Not only is English pivotal for communication but is also indispensable for the proper understanding of case laws. However, most of the Junior Lawyers come from districts or colleges where law is not taught properly and thereby, they lack the basic knowledge of English.

To overcome this short-coming, the junior colleagues are provided with training dedicated to language proficiency by highly qualified post-graduate lecturers, during the post-lunch session of the training. The morning session of the training programme includes lectures by eminent lawyers in their field of specialization or lectures by eminent personalities from other spheres.

Apart from the formal training session, lunch is provided so as to encourage informal interaction between the junior lawyers and senior counsels.

Also, the Foundation provides residential training for lawyers from the districts with all necessary facilities in Nalgonda District. Similar programmes will be held during every vacation.

Computer and Software:

The Foundation has provided Computers with legal softwares installed, to nine Courts in various districts across Andhra Pradesh.
